The development site is located in Oxton Village, a affluent area with easy access to Liverpool City Centre via the M53 motorway and Queensway Tunnel. The site, formerly an NHS clinic, comprises three buildings: Ashton House, Adcote House, and Kent House. Ashton House, a three-storey building with basement, is being converted into 11 apartments, with a single-storey extension providing ground floor accommodation. Adcote House and Kent House, located at the rear of the site, are to be demolished as per planning permission. The site is surrounded by a 2m high sandstone wall and is situated close to local shops, pubs, and restaurants.
