Wester Ord Wood, a former pine woodland in Westhill, Aberdeenshire, was clear-felled in 2024/25, offering a blank canvas for a buyer to design and restock the site to their specifications. The 1954 plantation, comprising Scots pine, European larch, and noble fir, provides an opportunity to create a unique woodland layout. Accessible via a well-developed entrance from the public road, the woodland is part of the Aberdeenshire Portfolio Woodlands, which spans several locations in Aberdeen and east Aberdeenshire, known for their fertile soils and ideal conditions for commercial and amenity woodland growth.
