Sweetmans Barn is a detached, two-storey Sussex Barn of three bays, believed to have originated in the 17th century, although it is not listed. The property was granted planning consent in 2005 to be converted into a single dwelling, with approved plans showing a ground floor open-plan living space accessed through an entrance hall with a cloakroom and staircase leading to the first floor. The first floor features a central vaulted bay with a galleried landing, which leads to two bedrooms on either side, as well as a bathroom and shower room.
