Summerways Bridge Park is a development of holiday homes on a 4.5-acre site, formerly the Mendip Model Motor Racing Circuit. The project is being led by the Sandford Family and has planning permission for 9 holiday homes, with 4 having a 12-month license and the other 5 having an 11-month license. Five plots are already fully serviced with mains electricity and water, and sewerage is handled by a biodigester. Two plots are available for new holiday homes, which can be bespoke-designed if desired, with prices starting at £240,000 for a plot with a new home or £250,000 for a plot to build your own holiday home.
