This Lordship Title, known as the Lordship of Rangeworthy, is being sold by unconditional livestream auction on July 29th, 2025, with a guide price of £5,000 (plus fees). The title includes mineral rights, but no land or property is included in the sale. The Lordship has a rich history dating back to the 14th century, having been owned by various families including the de Audleys, Talbots, Courtneys, Hales, and Phelps. The current seller acquired the title in 1988. The sale includes a legal pack with documents available for viewing at the auction house by appointment only. The buyer will be responsible for an administration fee of £1,200 (inc VAT) and any disbursements listed in the legal pack.
