Lindors Wood is a 104-acre commercial woodland located on the edge of the Wye Valley, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The woodland is divided into two blocks, St Margaret's Grove (36 acres) and Allen's Grove (68 acres), and is managed commercially for timber production. The woodland is home to a variety of conifer and broadleaf species, including Douglas Fir, Norway Spruce, and Oak. The property has good road access and is situated near the villages of St Briavels and Monmouth, offering local amenities and recreational opportunities. The woodland management plan is in place, and the mineral rights are assumed to be in hand. The topography of the land is generally gentle, with the only steep area being a small section in compartment 2c. The boundaries and fences are mostly stock fencing and hedging, with some sections of historic iron park railings.
