Fleet Forest, also known as Craig's Moss, is a woodland property located 3 miles southeast of Dumfries, Scotland. The woodland is predominantly comprised of naturally regenerating birch and conifer species, with some mature conifers remaining to provide a seed source. The property has undergone two felling operations since 2009, with a current active felling permission granted in 2023 covering 16 hectares of standing timber. The property benefits from an excellent network of internal tracks, allowing for easy access to all areas. The sale includes all fallen and standing timber, as well as sporting rights, with roe deer present in the woodland. The property is being sold with all existing rights of way, servitudes, and wayleaves, and the current owners pay an annual water charge to the Lochar Water Improvement Committee.
