The plots have outline planning permission for detached properties and are located in a semi-rural area with rolling countryside and easy access to Durham City, Peterlee, and major highways. Each plot buyer will need to contribute to the upkeep of the site's trees and grassed areas, estimated to be around £500-£600 per year. Buyers will also be responsible for securing detailed planning permission and building regulation approval for their chosen plot. A non-refundable reservation fee of £2000 will be required to reserve a plot, which will be held for 20 weeks to allow buyers to obtain planning permission before legal completion.
