The development is situated in a semi-rural position with rolling countryside nearby and easy access to Durham City, Peterlee, and major road interchanges. All services, including roads, footpaths, drains, and streetlights, will be laid to each plot and adopted by the local authority upon completion. Each plot buyer will need to pay a connection fee of £5000 for electricity, water, and fibre, as well as an annual estate charge for the upkeep of trees and grassed areas.
