The third phase of the self-build development, Dunelm Stables, is now available for purchase. This release consists of 10 plots, each with outline planning permission for a detached residence of individual design and style. The plots are of generous proportions and are ready to accept a new build property. The development is situated in a semi-rural position with rolling countryside nearby and easy access to Durham City, Peterlee, and major road interchanges. All services, including roads, footpaths, drains, and streetlights, will be laid to each plot and adopted by the local authority upon completion. Each plot buyer will need to pay a connection fee of £5000 for electricity, water, and fibre, as well as an annual estate charge for the upkeep of trees and grassed areas. Plot buyers will be responsible for securing detailed planning permission and building regulation approval for their chosen plot. A non-refundable reservation fee of £2000 will be payable on each plot, reserving the site for a period of 16 weeks.
