The third phase of the self-build development, Dunelm Stables, is now available for purchase. This release consists of 10 plots, each with outline planning permission for a detached residence of individual design and style. The plots are situated in a semi-rural area with rolling countryside nearby and easy access to Durham City, Peterlee, and major highways. The plots are freehold, and all services will be laid to each plot, including electricity, water, and fibre. Each plot buyer will need to contribute to the upkeep of the trees and grassed areas on site, estimated to be £500-£600 per year. Outline planning permission has been granted, and buyers will need to secure detailed planning permission and building regulation approval for their chosen plot. A non-refundable reservation fee of £2000 is payable to reserve a plot, which will be held for 16 weeks. The plot sizes are approximate, but buyers will have the opportunity to view their chosen plot and confirm acceptance prior to exchange of contracts.
