The plots are situated in a semi-rural area with rolling countryside nearby and easy access to Durham City, Peterlee, and major highways. Each plot will have all services laid on, including electricity, water, and fiber, and a payment of £5000 will be required for connections and materials. Plot buyers will also contribute to the upkeep of the site's trees and grassed areas, with estimated annual costs of £500-£600 per plot. Outline planning permission has been granted, but buyers will need to secure detailed planning permission and building regulation approval for their chosen plot. A non-refundable reservation fee of £2000 will be payable on each plot, reserving the site for 16 weeks. Plot sizes are approximate, but buyers will have the opportunity to view their chosen plot and confirm acceptance prior to exchange of contracts.
