Description
A public auction is scheduled to take place on January 15th, 2025, at 7pm at The Strawberry Fields in Lifton, Devon, for a 38.26-acre property known as the Land at Bursdon. The land is south-facing, gently sloping, and mostly in permanent pasture, with about 8 acres of rough grazing and native woodland on its southwestern boundary. The property is enclosed by natural hedge banks and is divided into useful-sized enclosures, with access from a farm lane on the northern boundary and frontage to the main road. All bidders, including existing clients, must register with Kivells on the night of the auction to comply with The Money Laundering Regulations.
