Earlsburn Forest is a 115-hectare (284-acre) forest located near Stirling, Scotland, planted in 1988 with a mix of Sitka spruce and Lodgepole pine. The Sitka spruce is now dominant, and the forest benefits from open rides and glades that provide wind-firm compartments. Drainage and fire break maintenance work was conducted in 2018 and 2020 to improve forest drainage, and the forest has potential for significant timber growth and possible extension of the nearby wind farm, which could benefit the forest owner.
