The forest is expected to produce a good volume of timber in the next 10-15 years, with the Lodgepole serving as a nurse crop for the spruce. The property also includes open areas that are ideal for deer stalking and rough shooting, and there is potential to construct a dwelling on a former ruin, subject to consent.
