Located on the south side of High Wycombe, Deansgarden Wood is an 81-acre mixed broad leaf woodland with road frontage to Abbey Barn Lane, set to go under the hammer at public auction on December 10th, 2025. The woodland, which forms part of a largely undeveloped wooded valley, features a diverse range of native species including beech, ash, lime, oak, and more, providing a rich habitat for wildlife such as fungi, invertebrates, bats, birds, and mammals. The wood is subject to an independently funded management plan aimed at improving biodiversity and recreational amenity, and a network of permitted paths and statutory footpaths crisscross the area. Viewings will be held at the end of November, and the auction will take place at the Delta Marriott Hotel in Milton Keynes on December 10th, 2025.
