It is ready to go, with no lengthy conveyancing process or need for renovations. The lodge features a bright and spacious open-plan living area, a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The lodge also has a utility cupboard with space for storage and a fitted washer dryer. The yearly pitch fee includes water and drainage, grounds maintenance, street lighting, CCTV, waste management, business rates tax, and WIFI, but does not include electric or LPG, which are metered and billed quarterly. The park is closed from January 13th to February 1st, and the lodges cannot be used as a main residence.
