The land at Yoxford is a picturesque parcel of grassland spanning approximately 14.21 acres (5.75 ha), being sold by private treaty with the intention of achieving exchange of contracts as soon as possible, with completion by agreement. A 10% deposit will be payable upon exchange of contracts.
