The crofting tenancy spans approximately 11.025 acres of land in Elgol, with stunning views of Loch Slapin, the Knoydart peninsula, and the islands of Eigg and Rum. The croft is registered with the Crofting Commission and has grazing rights on the Elgol Glasnakille Common Grazing. While there is an old static caravan on site, it is not currently liveable and has an disconnected electricity supply. There are also two stone ruins located further into the croft land, and peat on the lower area. The area is subject to the approval of the Crofting Commission before transfer can occur. The location is convenient to Broadford, with shops, a supermarket, and other amenities, and Kyle of Lochalsh is 22 miles away. The croft can be accessed via a steep incline, and the nearby spring can provide water for the derelict outbuilding. Viewings are welcome, but please be respectful of the neighboring properties.
