The property is a square-shaped plot of land, approximately 46m x 46m, situated in the Scottish Highlands on the Isle of Skye. The site is bounded by a concrete post and wire fence and features a small tank structure with a concrete top and metal access hatch. The land is largely covered in rough grass and scrub willow and birch trees, with an agricultural shed and yard to the west and grazing land to the south and east. The Lon a' Ghleannain Burn runs through the grazing land near the site. The property is located near the small settlement of Penifiler, approximately 2 miles south of Portree, the main town on the island. The site can be accessed by turning off the A87 and following the B833, then turning left onto a minor public road, where it will be found on the right-hand side after approximately 0.7 miles.
