The land at south Maviston, located at the southern end of the property, is accessible directly from a public road and is primarily comprised of Nordmann fir trees planted between 2008 and 2012. The land has a significant volume of trees that are suitable for the large Christmas tree markets, and a new owner may also have the opportunity to revert the land back to agricultural use, subject to consent, for which it would be well suited.
