Description

A 9.06-acre site located on the western outskirts of Bloxham, a village near Banbury, has outline planning consent for up to 55 dwellings, including 36 market units and 19 affordable units. The site is reasonably flat and level, with no substantial earthworks required, and can be ready for early development subject to obtaining reserved matters consent. The vendor has a completed Section 106 Agreement in place, and the developer will be required to connect the farmhouse at Park Farm to the west of the site to mains drainage. The site is being sold by informal tender, with a deadline for submission of bid pro-formas set for February 10th, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to pay a fee of 1.5% plus VAT of the purchase price to the selling agents.
