The property is predominantly classed as ancient woodland and plantation on an ancient woodland site. The boundaries include a fencing liability where the property adjoins the public highway, and there are rights of access, water pipelines, and a storage tank located within the property. The property also includes sporting rights and mineral rights, except where reserved by statute.
