Description
The self-build plots at this development will be provided with electric, water, and drainage connections at the site boundary, and it's the responsibility of the self-builders to connect these utilities to their plot. The plots, ranging in price from £188,333 to £190,000, will be subject to planning permission and must comply with the design codes outlined in the plot passport document. This document provides a summary of the design parameters for each plot, including plot size, number of storeys and bedrooms, and materials to be used. The design code encourages high-quality, consistent designs that blend in with the surrounding area. The development has already received planning permission, and self-builders will need to submit their detailed design and technical specifications to the planning authority and building control. A yearly service charge will be payable to a management company, but the cost is yet to be determined.
