The Granary is a historic two-storey ironstone barn located in the hamlet of Grimscote, dating back to the 1700s. Originally used as a cattle housing, the barn features a pair of red brick archways to the rear. After receiving full Planning Approval on July 22, 2025, the building will be converted into a residential dwelling, extending to 223.6m2 (2,406ft2).
