This charming 18th-century stone dwelling, once in a state of disrepair, has been lovingly restored and transformed into a unique family home. Originally two buildings, the house and a detached kitchen, had fallen into disuse and were condemned by the council. However, the present owners, who first discovered the property in the 1980s, were captivated by its unique location and character. After years of searching for the perfect property, they finally acquired Upper Pentwyn Farm in 1998, when it was listed by a Heritage Officer. The necessary permissions were obtained to link the house to the kitchen and build a garden room, replacing the ruined stable building.
