Pentywn Farm Barns is a historic group of barns located in an elevated position above the Usk valley, with residential planning permission to convert the buildings into four two-bedroom dwellings. The barns, which date back to the 16th century, form a model farm with an U-shaped layout and feature mezzanine floors. Situated close to the rural hamlet of Llanllowell, the barns offer stunning views over open countryside and are within walking distance of the popular town of Usk, known for its annual Wales in Bloom competition. Each dwelling will have its own private parking and a secure storage barn, and the permission includes the demolition of an existing pole barn and the construction of a new single-storey storage barn.
