Cob Wood is a private woodland located on a north-facing slope overlooking the River Teifi and the market town of Llandysul. The woodland is comprised of mature broadleaf trees, predominantly oak, with some straight and suitable for timber and firewood production. The internal track is perfect for forestry access or leisure activities, and the lower slopes offer phenomenal views of the river and town. The woodland is home to a variety of wildlife, including badgers, squirrels, and songbirds. A former quarry on the northern boundary offers a potential camping spot, and the surrounding trees could be thinned to create a discreet campsite with great views. The woodland also has potential for commercial timber harvesting and firewood production, subject to the correct permissions and licenses.
