Coed Wern is a mixed broadleaf woodland with a variety of tree species, including conifers and broadleaves. The northern half of the woodland was replanted with mixed broadleaves in 2019, while the younger broadleaf trees underneath the power lines can be cleared or pathed by a new owner. The woodland features natural clearings, a stream, and areas of mature trees, making it suitable for foraging and walking. The property is situated near Carmarthen, Llansteffan, and Laugharne, and offers a range of uses, including farming, conservation, and recreation. The woodland is surrounded by farmland and has good access from a minor road. The property includes sporting and mineral rights, and there are no public footpaths or access points.
