The property is located in the village of Abercych, near Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn in Pembrokeshire, with a grid reference of SN 245 412. The woodland is a mix of native broadleaves and commercial conifers, including Douglas fir, Sitka spruce, and Norway spruce, and occupies both sides of a valley leading to the Afon Cych. The site is well-suited for growing conifers and has significant potential for restoring the woodland to a pure native mixture or continuing to manage it commercially. There are two old farmsteads and an old pump house within the property, as well as a right of way for all purposes. The property is managed by Tilhill Forestry and has a fencing liability and a right of access for a third party to access stone quarries.
