The Cressage Village Site is a 0.28-acre plot located in the heart of Cressage, a village in Shropshire, approximately 10 miles southeast of Shrewsbury. The site does not currently have residential planning permission, but it is identified as a potential infill site in the draft new Local Plan, with room for around 80 dwellings. The site has the potential to be developed into residential property, with Cressage proposed to be a hub for new development. The property is situated on the junction of the A458 and B4380 roads, near the River Severn, and has a low flood risk. The site will be sold subject to and with the benefit of all wayleaves, easements, and rights of way.
