Esgair Y Ffordd is a 380-500m above sea level property located in Wales, comprising three high-quality first rotation Sitka spruce woodlands planted between 1986-1988. The woodlands have an estimated Yield Class of 16-18 and are ready for immediate harvesting under an approved Felling License. The property has good internal infrastructure, is close to timber markets, and has a tried and tested timber haulage route. The spruce crops are of good form and growing well on free-draining soils, with the potential to produce quality sawlogs and other timber products. The property also features open ground and scattered mixed broadleaves, with some new planting having been carried out. The main forestry block has good access and clear areas for loading and timber stacking, while the two satellite blocks are linked to the main area by a hard track suitable for timber extraction.
