Description

Ddol Gwyn Felin is a substantial upland farm in Wales that has been in the same family for many years. The farm consists of a traditional stone-built farmhouse, a range of traditional and modern storage and livestock housing buildings, and a large area of owned land. The land is divided into two main areas: lower lying pastureland suitable for fodder conservation and finishing livestock, and two larger areas of upland pasture suitable for summer grazing. The farm also has a turn-out on common land and associated grazing rights. The farmhouse, which needs refurbishment, has five bedrooms, a kitchen, two reception rooms, and a bathroom. The farm buildings include a range of traditional and modern structures, including steel portal framed buildings, timber and sheeted garages, and a dilapidated Nissen-type building. The farm is located in a picturesque area with a river running through it and offers opportunities for sporting and environmental activities. The land is in pasture with some areas reverting to rough grazing, and there are opportunities for amenity and cover for livestock. The farm is being sold following the passing of the late owner and offers a unique opportunity to purchase a traditional Welsh farm with a significant amount of land and a range of farm buildings.
