The Retreat is an intimate, gated park of 8 lodges located in a semi-rural position, suitable for semi-retired or over 50's only, with no children under 18 allowed to reside on the park. The lodges are sold on a 50-year licence agreement and are adults-only. The park is open for 10 months of the year and allows small dogs/pets with consent. The lodges feature an entrance hall, open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, bedroom, and en suite, with potential to convert the bedroom into two bedrooms if desired. The park also includes a private lawned garden, residents' communal parking area, and double glazing throughout.
