A Grade II Listed Barn, dating back to 1739 with evidence of earlier timbers, is set to be converted into two residential dwellings. The existing barn will be fully restored and transformed into a single-storey, 3-bedroom home, while the adjacent cowshed will be converted into a 2-bedroom dwelling. The 20th-century barn to the north will be demolished, making way for external amenity space and parking for the two dwellings. The project will carefully preserve the barn's historic charm while also providing modern living spaces.
