Old Mill Creek is a picturesque wooded valley located about a mile upriver from Dartmouth, a popular waterside town in South Devon. The area is surrounded by beautiful countryside and rugged coastline, and is home to a few houses, boatyards, and Old Mill Kennels. Dartmouth offers a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and a deep-water port, and hosts various events and festivals throughout the year. The property, situated on two registered title plans, has previously been granted permission for stables, car parking, and a riding area, as well as a kennel block and cattery.
