The land, which has been used for grazing livestock for generations, features typical Dartmoor granite stone and hedge bank boundaries, with road frontage on the eastern edge and access to Wind Tor Common on the western boundary. The property benefits from Common Rights and has a mains water connection, although the present owner is not subject to any South West Water rates. The land is being offered for sale in two separate lots, and viewing is strictly by appointment with the selling agents, Kivells.
