Cash Buyer Only Properties For Sale

Properties are listed as cash buyers only when they are unmortgageable in their current condition — often due to structural issues, lack of a kitchen or bathroom, or being uninhabitable. Mortgage lenders won't lend against them.

Cash buyer properties can offer excellent value because the restricted buyer pool means less competition. After renovation, the property can be remortgaged at its improved value, releasing capital.

You need the full purchase price in cash — there is no deposit or mortgage. However, some investors use bridging finance to purchase, then remortgage once the property is habitable.
