Land

Lathones Farm is a traditional mixed arable and grassland unit situated in rural Fife, adjacent to the small settlement of Lathones and near the village of Largoward. The farm has surrounding farmland that consists of 3 enclosures with a mix of arable and pasture ground, totaling approximately 13.31 Ha (32.89 Acres). The land is registered for IACS purposes, is part of the Strathmore and Fife Nitrate Vulnerable Zone, and has been designated as Grade 3.2 and 4.2 by the James Hutton Institute.

The land has a south-easterly aspect, rising from 170m to 190m above sea level. The farm includes a contiguous block of land to the west of the farm, accessible directly from the A915 public road, and has a mix of arable and pasture ground.
