The studio apartment is located on the first floor and accessed via communal doors with a keycode. The apartment features a small hall area for storage, leading to a large living/bedroom area with carpet and neutral-painted walls. The kitchen is separate, fitted with a free-standing fridge freezer, oven, hob, and under-counter washing machine, as well as ample fitted base and wall units.

The modern bathroom has a shower over bath. A communal laundry room and lawn are also available for use. The apartment has laminate/hardwood flooring in some areas, and permit parking is available via Winchester City Council, subject to approval and availability.
