Land

The land at Flear extends to approximately 28.28 acres, divided into five field parcels, with a combination of north and west facing slopes and a gentle to moderate gradient. The land is all down to permanent pasture and has been used for livestock grazing and agricultural purposes. Field parcel 5394 has a livestock loading system, and the land benefits from a natural stream water supply.

There are no mains services connected to the land, but it does have access to several Government schemes (GS1, GS2, and BE3) as part of a Countryside Stewardship Scheme Mid-Tier agreement.
