Land

Lathones Farm is a 29.31 Ha (72.42 Acres) mixed arable and grassland unit with a north-easterly aspect, situated in a desirable part of rural Fife, adjacent to the settlement of Lathones and near the village of Largoward. The property is split into six lots, with the land forming a contiguous block north of the farm steading, accessible from the A915 or B940. The farmland features a mix of arable, ploughable pasture, and grazing ground with amenity woodland, and has been designated as Grade 3.2 by the James Hutton Institute.

The land has historically been used for cereal cropping and is registered for IACS purposes.
