Ellen Elizabeth is a Humber keel houseboat built in 1953 by Thomas Dunston. It has a secure residential mooring with cruising capabilities and features a large kitchen area with ample work space, storage, and large windows for natural light. Below the kitchen, a refurbished lounge has a new multi-fuel burner and was newly decorated, with a skylight and good quality flooring.

The houseboat has a large double bedroom with storage and was newly decorated, as well as a family bathroom with a new gas combi boiler, double shower cubicle, and hand basin. The vessel has a Lister engine with under 3000 hours, currently in running order, and a wheelhouse that would need updating for cruising.
