Glenkirk Wood is a 103.96 hectares / 256.89-acre property located north-east of Tomatin Village in the Scottish Highlands. The property is accessed from the U2829 public road and has a recently constructed timber haulage bridge crossing the Allt Seiliach burn. The site is a level conifer plantation planted in 1960, with the original Lodgepole pine crops approaching harvesting stage and opportunities to restructure the next rotation.

The soils comprise a mixture of alluvial deposits, peat, peaty podzols, and mineral soils, with young crops showing variable growth depending on soil quality. The property borders the Findhorn River, with parts benefitting from alluvial soils, and has deer fencing enclosing part of the area to reduce restocking costs.
