Land

Bromeswell Lakes is a coarse fishery situated in the village of Bromeswell, next to the village hall, with direct access to the A1152 and Woodbridge just 2 miles away. The site comprises a central car parking area, a brook running through it, and a total of approximately 3 acres of water, including a large pool and several smaller ponds. The remaining land is laid to grass with a mature tree-lined boundary and partial post and wire fencing.

The fishery has not been operational since 2024, requiring investment in maintenance and improvements, and prospective purchasers should note that partial restocking of the lakes is likely to be required. The site does not currently benefit from mains services, although there are electricity cables and pylons running over the land.
