Leitters Forest is a 297-acre property located in central Scotland, near Balquhidder and Lochearnhead, within the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The forest was established in the 1950s with Sitka spruce and Hybrid larch, and felling began in 2004 under a Long Term Forest Plan. The plan allows for phased felling and restocking of high-yielding Sitka spruce, with planting areas supplemented by natural regeneration.

The forest has a mix of ages, with some mature Larch that could be felled for short-term timber revenue. The property has been harvested using a harvester and forwarder combination, with ground preparation done using excavators. Historically, a gold mine was located on the property, although its exact location is unknown.

The forest offers excellent access to timber markets and stunning views of Loch Voil and Lochearn.
