Dunmore Wood, a 72.41-hectare property, was once part of the Dunmore Park Estate and features a designed landscape. The wood is comprised of a mix of high-yielding Sitka spruce, naturally regenerating birch, and other tree species, including ancient yew, Scots pine, and larch. The property has an impressive record of producing fast-growing crops, with the potential to clear and restock a portion of the land.

The wood also features three ponds, a hermit's cave/ice house, and an impressive stand of mature trees, including specimen species. The property's varied landscape and unique features make it an attractive and diverse woodland.
