Description
The property is a small, uneven-aged mixed broadleaf woodland located on the side of Dinedor Hill, with views of Hereford and the hills beyond. The wood is approximately 2-3 hectares in size and has a gently sloping terrain with level areas. There are magnificent oak, ash, and beech trees with a good canopy of mature trees and some young natural regrowth.
The woodland has a network of old established paths, some of which date back to 1888, and there are views of the surrounding valley and Hereford from the lower parts of the wood and the road. A flat area in the woodland could potentially be used for a caravan or log cabin, subject to relevant planning consents. The woodland has designated common land status, but no public rights of way other than footpaths that border the land.
The property includes sporting and mineral rights.
