Land

Lot 3 consists of approximately 63 acres (25 hectares) of arable land, split into two blocks situated on either side of Barcote Park Drive with direct access from the A420. The land is bounded by mature hedgerows and ditches and is suitable for modern farming operations. It is currently entered into the Higher Tier Countryside Stewardship Scheme and the Sustainable Farming Incentive, with options including winter bird food and buffer strips.

The land is accessible from the A420 and is situated near the villages of Littleworth and Buckland, just off the A420, which provides access to Oxford.
