Land

Upphall Farm is an exceptional agricultural holding located on the east coast of Lincolnshire, near the villages of Little Carlton, Manby, and Grimoldby. The farm comprises 100.08 hectares (247.29 acres) of productive Grade 3 arable land, classified as shallow, permeable calcareous fine loamy soils over limestone. The land is well-suited for modern farming practices and has historically been managed in a cereal-based rotation.

The farmyard and a range of traditional brick barns are also on the property, which have development potential (subject to planning). The land is divided into two lots: Lot 1, which includes 97.86 hectares of agricultural land and yard, and Lot 2, which includes 3.50 hectares of arable land.
