52 acres of level land are accessible off New Roman Bank and Long Road, with an extensive range of horticultural buildings. Glasshouses cover over 5 acres, consisting of aluminium framed structures with double and triple spans, and total 237,430 square feet. There are also 54,000 square feet of poly tunnel frames and a lapsed planning consent for 5,134 square feet of additional glasshouse space.

Adjacent to the glasshouses are 34,938 square feet of refrigerated storage, housed in steel portal framed buildings with climate control systems. Modern farm buildings provide storage for machinery and equipment, as well as cover for various cleaning and washing lines. Three water storage tanks are also on site, and access to an additional 740 acres of land is available through an electric irrigation system.

Farmland covers 52 acres, graded as Grade 1, with soil suitable for growing root crops, field vegetables, and horticultural crops. A holding reservoir of over 5 million litres provides irrigation for the land.
